The things sellers ask first

Are there any fees?

No. There is no agent fee and nothing to pay us at any point. [Confirm with Shaun whether he also covers legal costs, as many cash buyers do, and whether that should be stated here.]

Will I get the full market value?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A cash buyer pays below the open market figure. What you get in return is speed, certainty, no fees, no viewings and no chain. For a lot of sellers that trade is worth it. For some it is not, and we will tell you honestly if you would be better off with an agent.

How quickly can it complete?

Do I have to accept the offer?
